Terms of Service

Welcome to RBS – Productivity and Time Management Consulting. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services.

1. Services

RBS provides productivity and time management coaching via one-on-one sessions booked through Cal.com.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via PayPal. All fees are due at the time of booking. Links for payment: PayPal.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled session via Cal.com. Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase if requested. No refunds will be issued after this 10-day period. For further details, contact Rbsforselfgrowthpc@gmail.com.

4. Break Days

Our coaching subscriptions include one break day per week, during which no contact or communication occurs between the client and coach. These break days are part of the paid subscription, and the subscription duration will not be extended if no contact occurs on these days.

5. User Conduct

Clients must attend sessions on time and respect the coach’s guidance. RBS reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability

RBS is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
